Just put your village/town name, and state/region in the zipcode/Postal code textbox. Do not however put your country name in that textbox.

There are many free websites that give you a postal/zipcode given a specific address. One such US website would be the ups website -click here. If you are not US based, use a search engine to find a relevant site, using keywords "find postcode" for example, if based in the UK.
